New website is 'life'.
The new website of Partnership Foundation, designed with support from ISM e-Company, and Connaxis Terenja van Dijk has gone life as per 1 October 2009. The design is intended to help visitors to gain a quick overview of the latest developments.Gala June 13th 2009
On June 13 2009 Partnership Foundation organized a Gala in De Vereeniging in Nijmegen in collaboration with Kids Rights. Present included Sr. Cyril Mooney from Calcutta, former President De Klerk of South Africa, Caroline de Bruin and Erik de Vogel and many others. A variety of (inter) national artists kept appealing performances, and the ensemble was complemented by a charity auction. The proceeds from this evening for Partnership Foundation was € 150,000 which will be devoted to a new Rainbow Home in Hyderabad financing.Expansion in Hyderabad
As announced in April 2009 newsletter of the Partnership Foundation has partnered with the state of Hyderabad in the person of Mr. Magistrate & District Collector Navin Mittal. This is decided in Hyderabad, some 50 (!) Care for street children to create in his city, inspired by the model Rainbow Home. Mr. Mittal Partnership Foundation asked for 5 of these new homes to account for them (for girls). The project has been started, and 2 of the 5 new Rainbow Homes of PF have been opened. We hope by the end of 2009 all new 5 Rainbow Homes in Hyderabad opening it when sufficient sponsors will have reported.
Newsletter Hyderabad
Lots, lots of work must be dome at running a Rainbow Home for street children in India. Partnership Foundation and its sponsors receive a newsletter twice a year in Calcutta, New Delhi and Hyderabad.
